Terms and Conditions - Consultations & Purchases

Cancellations
At least 24 hours notice is required for cancellation of scheduled appointments, otherwise a cancellation fee of 50% will apply. If you need to cancel or you have simply changed your mind please let me know as soon as possible so I can offer your appointment time to someone else.

If you simply do not show up for your appointment you will be charged the full price of your consultation.

At least 72 hours notice is required for cancellation of scheduled group appointments (3-6 people), otherwise a cancellation fee of 50% per person will apply.

Gift Vouchers
Synergy Gift Vouchers must be paid for in full at the time of purchase. They are valid for 3 months from date of purchase. They are non-refundable but may be transferred to another recipient. If you give someone a voucher, remind them to use it within the time specified!

Gift Voucher Recipients
Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash and are valid for 3 months from date of purchase only. If you do not wish to use the voucher for yourself, you may send someone in your place. Once you have redeemed your voucher (whether purchased directly from Synergy or through RedBalloonDays) by booking an appointment time, if you fail to show up for your consultation the voucher will expire on that day.

Feedback
Please be aware you may be asked to provide client feedback information. This is invaluable for me to improve the business and also very helpful for prospective clients. Your testimonials will be used only with your permission.

Payment
Payment is required at the time of your consultation. Payment methods include Cash, Eftpos, Visa and MasterCard. Your credit card will show a charge from Synergy Image Consulting.

Purchases
If you order an e-Colour program and elect to send hard copies of your photographs, Synergy Image Consulting accepts no liability for loss or damage that occurs to your photographs during postage. If you can scan and email your photos please do so.

Travel Fee
A travel fee will apply for all consultations carried out anywhere other than in our studio. This fee depends on your location and the estimated travel time. This fee will be quoted to you at the time of your booking.

Elements of this website, including but not limited to its name, trade marks, logos design, text, graphics, the selection and arrangement thereof, are and shall remain owned by Synergy Image Consulting (Susan Lockhart), although certain third party copyright materials will be included on the website from time to time, and appropriate credits will be displayed.

Liability disclaimer
The use of this site by visitors is entirely at the visitors own risk, and Synergy Image Consulting (Susan Lockhart) will not be held responsible in any way for damages that may occur through the use of this site or the use of any materials downloaded from this site.

Synergy Image Consulting will not be held responsible for the content of other sites which are linked to Synergy Image Consulting and will not be liable for any damages caused by the use of those sites.
